If you are already a customer, please provide your name and username you chose when you registered. You also need to supply your correct email address so we can reply back.
To ensure your support ticket goes to the correct department, choose the most appropriate category for your question.
We will get to your support ticket just as soon as we possibly can. We normally answer your support tickets by the following business day.
We also request that you only submit ONE support ticket regarding your inquiry. If you have not yet received a response, we will answer it. Please do not submit a new support ticket to inquire about the ticket you already submitted. This causes further delays in our responses.

Please note: Customer service will ask for your support ticket number. You will need to have that in order for customer service to be able to help you on the phone. You must have sent a support ticket before calling customer service.

If you have not received an email within 1 business day, check your customer website at www.quinden.com/yourusername. Log into your website. All support tickets are copied to your website as long as you supplied your username before you submitted your ticket.
